Rhys Carre

Rhys Carré returned to Cardiff Blues in the summer of 2020, having spent a season with European champions, Saracens.

The bulldozing prop came through the ranks at Wales' Capital Region, and quickly impressed to become one of the hot prospects of European rugby.

Carré's promising form for his home region earned him a call-up to the Wales squad for the 2019 Rugby World Cup, where his five caps included a replacement appearance in the semi final against eventual winners, South Africa.

Following a season with Saracens, the prop returned to Cardiff Blues ahead of the 2020/21 season, to compete with the likes of Rhys Gill, Corey Domachowski and Brad Thyer for the number one jersey.
