Lloyd Williams is one of the most experienced players in the Cardiff Blues squad, having made his debut against Leinster in 2010.
A year later, Williams was called into the Wales senior squad, as he made his debut against Argentina in a World Cup warm-up.
Williams was included in the final squad for the resulting World Cup, scoring tries in the pool stage victories over Namibia and Fiji.
After playing his part in Wales’ Six Nations victories in 2012 and 2013, and scoring an impressive 11 tries for Cardiff Blues in the 2014/15 campaign, scrum-half Williams was also included in the final squad for the 2015 Rugby World Cup.
After a series of injuries in the pool stage clash against England at Twickenham, the number nine was forced to play out of position on the wing. However, his inside kick set-up Gareth Davies for the decisive try.
