Cardiff Blues to provide 22 players in Wales Schools U16 squad
Blues South Under 16’s take on the Ospreys Under 16’s tonight at the Arms Park for the Age Grade Championship Final, 7.15pm kick off, and this fine form has seen 22 of the 45 players in this years Wales Schools U16 squad come from the Cardiff Blues Under 176’s squads. This is the largest contingent ever from the Blues region.
The increased size of the development department within the Blues has enabled the region to identify players at a younger age, who then have a clear pathway to becoming a professional player.
The players will attend a residential training camp ahead of two confirmed fixtures.
The Camp details are as follows:

Time: 1830 Meet Friday evening
