Following our Christmas derbies, we sent out a match day experience survey to supporters. More than 1,000 fans completed the brief questionnaire and after taking onboard the invaluable feedback and insights, we wanted to update you on the progress we have made.

Improvements already made
Ahead of the current season we made a number of simple improvements, which all received overwhelmingly positive feedback.
