Second row forward Deiniol Jones will make his 50th Heineken Cup appearance when he takes the field against Castres this Friday, 9.00pm kick off.

Jones made his Heineken Cup debut for Bridgend in 2001 playing in four matches, before playing five times for Celtic Warriors in the 2003/04 season. Since joining Cardiff Blues in the summer of 2004 Jones has gone on to make 40 Heineken Cup appearances for the region.

The second row forward, who has won 10 Wales caps, takes the place of Paul Tito who moves to the bench for the match. The only other change in the forwards from the team that defeated Edinburgh last Saturday sees Sam Warburton start at Openside in place of the suspended Martyn Williams.
