Cardiff Blues centre Tom Shanklin will be tackling a different role over the forthcoming months as he joins the team at St Davids Recruitment as their Director of Business Development South Wales.
The business is an independently owned commercial recruitment consultancy with strong links in the South Wales business community. Since its launch in 2001 the business has gone from strength to strength and the decision to appoint Tom further strengthens the companys presence in the market.
Tom will be responsible for developing new business in and around South Wales and will be working closely with the two main directors of the business, Mrs Liz Lewis and Mrs Sally Hall

Toms role will dovetail alongside his impressive rugby career with the Blues and Wales and enable him to build an equally successful career away from the rugby field.
