The tournament involved 22 teams from Powys high schools, played at Llanidloes RFC.
The rugby began at 10:30 in the morning and finished at 4.00 in the afternoon, with almost all of the matches hotly contested and some teams scraping through on the amount of tries scored.
The rules were adapted to encourage the players to run the ball from anywhere on the field with many teams running in tries which were started from behind their own line, fantastic for the staff and players to see.
The year 7 final involved Builth Wells and Gwernyfed High schools, which saw a very determined Gwernyfed triumph.
The year 8 final involved Builth Wells and John Beddoes High schools, in what was also a very hotly contested match, Builth Wells were able to finish their chances off to take the honours.
