The Cardiff Blues family fun day starts at 12pm this Sunday, with a host of excellent family entertainment on show and admission is completely FREE.
The stars of Cardiff Blues and Capital Rugby coaches will be attending to organise skills training and TAG rugby matches. Plus you can take the chance to question your favourite Cardiff Blues players in an exclusive question and answer session.
There will also be street entertainers, an assault course, crazy golf, bouncy castles, ball pit, a mascot race, face painting, tours and more.
Our friends from David Lloyd Leisure, Red Dragon FM, the Army, Fire Service, Cardiff Rugby Supporters Club, Dominos Pizza, Ster Century Cinema, plus our world champion cheerleaders Jos Heatwave will be performing and showing potential new recruits how to cheerlead!
