European Challenge Cup quarter-final ticket update

1st February 2018

Cardiff Blues' allocation of tickets for their European Challenge Cup quarter-final against Edinburgh will be available to purchase from Monday.

The Blues booked their place in the knockout stages in stunning fashion, racking up doubles over French giants Toulouse and Lyon as well as a home triumph over Sale Sharks.

They travel to Murrayfield on March 31, (5.45pm) with a home semi-final up for grabs should Wales’ Capital Region triumph.

Tickets from Edinburgh go on general sale at 2pm tomorrow, however Cardiff Blues have a guaranteed allocation and are encouraging supporters to buy from directly on Monday to ensure what promises to be a sizable army of travelling support is concentrated.

Both standing tickets (£15), silver seated (£20), gold seated (£25) are available and can be purchased by clicking here or calling 029 20 302030.

Cardiff Blues head coach Danny Wilson said: “It is great to hear there has been so much interest in our quarter-final in Edinburgh, which promises to be a great occasion.

“It will be a massive challenge for us so every travelling supporter backing the team can really make a difference. It has been superb to see so many familiar faces during our trips to Lyon and Toulouse and hopefully we can really build on that at Murrayfield.

“We will be doing everything possible to continue our run in Europe and it would be absolutely fantastic to secure a semi-final at Cardiff Arms Park.”

Cardiff Blues Supporters Club are not running an all-inclusive travel package due to the frequency of flights between both Cardiff and Bristol airports and the Scottish capital.

However, plans are being made for a supporters’ HQ for the duration of the weekend with hundreds of fans expected to make the trip.
