Cardiff Blues would like to thank everyone who supported a special event at the Arms Park last month in support of ex-Springbok, Joost van der Westhuizen, and his J9 Foundation.
A host of sporting stars attended the special fundraising event on November 7 and helped raise a brilliant £25,000 for the J9 Foundation.
After his incredible 10-year career, Joost is regarded as one of greatest scrum-halves to ever grace the field.
He formed the J9 Foundation after being diagnosed with motor neuron disease in 2011. His foundation provides aid to patients and their families who endure the overwhelming hardships that this terminal condition brings about.
