Cardiff Blues under-18 have named their side to take on Glasgow Warriors at Sardis Road on Sunday (KO 12.00pm)
The region's age grade sides will face off in Pontypridd, before the senior teams battle it out in the Welsh capital later in the afternoon, as Champions Cup rugby returns to Cardiff Arms Park (KO 3.15pm)
The side are led by Aled James and Craig Everett, with scrum-half Ethan Lloyd named as captain.
