Blues Defeated By Ulster

19th November 2004

A late try by Lee Thomas provided little consolation for Cardiff Blues as Ulster recorded their first home win in the Celtic League this season.

Fly-half Adam Larkin had a field day in the first half, kicking five penalty goals in as many attempts. In reply Lee Thomas kicked two for the Blues who also lost Deiniol Jones for 10 minutes fter illegally pulling down a maul.
