Amlin Challenge Cup final date confirmed

28th April 2010

The 2010 Amlin Challenge Cup final will be played on Sunday, 23 May.

The 2010 Amlin Challenge Cup final will be played on Sunday, 23 May.

ERC, the tournament organisers, today (Wednesday, 28 April) announced the date, kick-off times and two possible venues - Marseille or Gloucester - for the decider.

As the final has been staged in England since 2000, the Board of ERC has a preference for staging this season’s game in France in the event that a French team reaches the final. If RC Toulon win their semi-final, the match will be played at the Stade Velodrome, Marseille, on Sunday, 23 May, (15.00 local time).

However, should RC Toulon lose, the final will be played at Kingsholm, Gloucester, on Sunday, 23 May, (14.00 local time).
