Cardiff Blues will take on Sale Sharks and Worcester Warriors in August ahead of the first league match of the season

Cardiff Blues are delighted to confirm season tickets for the 2012/13 season will be general sale from Monday 28th May.
There will be a priority booking for current 2011/12 season ticket holders, who will shortly receive communication explaining their renewal process.
Season Tickets will be available to purchase by visiting the Pack Lounge at Cardiff Arms Park, Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm or by calling 02920 302 030.
NB: Knockout stage fixtures, for instance Quarter Finals, Semi Finals and Finals are not included in your season ticket, however you will have priority booking.
Season Ticket Holder Benefits
New and existing season ticket holders are also entitled to the following additional benefits. This is our way of rewarding loyalty for your support of the team for the whole season:
• International Ticket Ballot - An allocation of international tickets are put aside for season ticket holders. This season we were able to secure an additional supply and therefore accommodate all season ticket applications for the Autumn Internationals and Six Nations. • An adult season ticket entitles the holder to free entry to Cardiff RFC home league games at Cardiff Arms Park.

• Priority booking of tickets for Blues knock out stage games
Please note:
New season tickets will be issued to new and existing season ticket holders. If this new season ticket needs to be replaced at anytime during the season there will be an additional £3.50 charge to cover the cost of producing a new card.

Season Ticket Renewals
Q: How do I renew my season ticket?
A: Existing Cardiff Blues season ticket holders will receive a renewal letter within the next week with renewal instructions. You will have priority booking before tickets will go on sale to the general public on Monday 28th May
Q: Can a season ticket holder reserve/purchase a seat next to theirs for a non season ticket holder?
A: Unfortunately only season ticket holders can take advantage of priority booking. No extra seats may be purchased or reserved. To purchase together you must wait until May 28th.

Q: Can I reserve a seat for myself and pay at a later date?
A: Seats can not be put on hold and we will require full payment upon booking.
Q: Can I pay for my season tickets in instalments?
A: Unfortunately we do not have a payment instalment system for our season tickets. The purchase amount will have to be paid upfront.
Q: What criteria will qualify me for a discounted season ticket?
A: Junior: Aged 16 and under on September 1st 2012 (proof of age may be required)
Student: A full time student with a valid student card
Senior Citizen: Aged 60 and over on September 1st 2012 (proof of age may be required)

Q: What facilities will be available at Cardiff Arms Park?
A: We are currently in discussions with supporter representative and exploring the ways in which we can enhance the match day facilities we are able to offer.
Q: When will the 2012/2013 fixtures be released?
A: Fixtures are due to be released in late July 2012. These will be published on our website www.cardiffblues.com
Q: Will there be any car parking available at the Cardiff Arms Park?
A: There will not be any car parking available at Cardiff Arms Park itself. Parking will be available at various locations throughout Cardiff city centre including Sophia Gardens including the NCP car park, opposite the stadium.

Disabled Season Ticket Holders
Q: Will there be car parking available for disabled badge holders?
A: We have a limited number of Car Park passes available for disabled season ticket holders. For more information please email enquiries@cardiffblues.com
Q: Do you offer special seating facilities for people with disabilities?

Family Season Ticket Holders
Q: What is the breakdown of a family season ticket?
A: A family ticket consists of 2 adults and 2 juniors aged 16 or under on September 1st 2012 (proof of age may be required)
Q: What family facilities will be available?
A: There is a separate family stand within the stadium where your season tickets can be allocated. This area is solely for families and is child friendly. As well as this there will be a family orientated public bar.
Cardiff Athletic Club
Q: How do I apply for Cardiff Athletic membership?
A: Cardiff Athletic Club membership costs an additional £40. To apply please request an application form when booking your season ticket.
