Performance Manager (Match Officials)
The key role of the ERC (Match Officials) Performance Manager is to support the development of existing and potential elite Match Officials thereby ensuring the best available officiating talent is available to ERC competitions.
The role will also encompass raising standards in all aspects of tournament officiating which would include working with all officials appointed to support ERC tournaments and all systems used to support the tournament.

The ERC require a highly motivated professional who will offer structure, demonstrate their expert knowledge, enthusiasm and understanding for performance management. A clear communicator, who can offer leadership, offer support to colleagues and provide a service that is viewed from a partnership perspective. The successful candidate should possess
· A number of years experience as a high level Referee or Coach
· Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the elite professional game of rugby union
· Demonstrate a high level understanding of the Laws of rugby union with particular emphasis on the role of Match Officials
