Supporters are today (Wednesday) advised that the British & Irish Cup Round 5 fixture between the Cardiff Blues Premiership Select (CBPS) and London Welsh will now be played on the original date of Saturday, January 16.
Both teams had agreed to move the fixture at BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park back to the Sunday afternoon, at the request of broadcasters.
However, following further talks between all parties and to avoid a clash with the Cardiff Blues versus Harlequins game in the European Rugby Challenge Cup on the same day, the B&I Cup fixture will now be played in the Welsh capital on the Saturday with a 2.45pm kick-off and shown on S4C.
