Cardiff Blues has confirmed that Rhys Patchell is set for an enforced spell on the sidelines after suffering a hamstring injury.
The Wales international sustained a strain injury during the Guinness PRO12 defeat against Munster at BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park on November 1.
Patchell visited a specialist in London at the start of this week for a full review and will now commence a period of rehabilitation.
