Giant lock Lou Reed, who has been our since suffering a toe injury and needing surgery back in November, is also among those nearing a return.
"We have 22 players missing at the moment, but I am hoping that over the next few games we will start to see the return of Cory Allen and Lou Reed. We are confident they will be back between now and the Ospreys match," he said.
"We have never made a big deal of the injury problem and looked to use it as an excuse, you have to deal with what happens, but we have had an unbelievable season in terms of injuries.
"It has been tough, but the players have been phenomenal throughout it. A lot of young men are playing 10 to 12 games consecutively at this level. They are doing it for the first time and it's going to take its toll.
"All these experiences moving forward will help us. But they are not helping us at the moment and it is quite painful to have so many players missing."
