The latest launch of the Heineken Cup and Amlin Challenge Cup took place at the Millennium Stadium today (Monday) - and your Cardiff Blues were at the showpiece event to meet the media ahead of the tournament kicking off next month!
Director of Rugby Phil Davies, Backs Coach Gareth Baber and skipper Matthew Rees were all present to chat about the region’s campaign and the Heineken Cup that explodes into life on October 11.
Blues have been drawn in Pool 2 this season with defending champions Toulon, RaboDirect PRO12 rivals Glasgow Warriors and Aviva Premiership outfit Exeter Chiefs.
Cardiff Blues will kick off the Heineken Cup with an away match against Exeter on Sunday October 13 (kick-off 12.45pm) and we have now received our allocation of tickets for the game.
Supporters can purchase tickets from the Arms Park Ticket Office until this Friday (October 4). Prices start from £29 for adults, £11 for juniors and £18 for students.
The following weekend the Blues will welcome defending champions, Toulon, to the Arms Park for our first home game!
