Having won two out of two in the Heineken Cup so far, they still have to welcome Edinburgh and the star studded Racing Metro to Cardiff. In addition the Blues will also welcome Irish sides Ulster and Connacht and reigning Heineken Cup champions Leinster. So there is plenty of great rugby to look ahead for as the Blues challenge in the Heineken Cup and the Rabo Direct PRO 12 competitions.
Speaking of the Flexi Ticket, new Blues recruit Gavin Henson who is the face of the campaign said,
"There are some big games still to come this season against the other welsh regions and the Heineken Cup matches so obviously I'd love to be involved in them."
"The Flexi Ticket is a great initiative and I'm sure it will prove popular with the supporters."
"I love playing rugby and just want to get back out there as soon as possible. It would be great if I could make these Heineken Cup pool games."
Speaking of his injury Henson said,
"The wrist is getting better every week."
"I'm managing to lift heavier and heavier weights upper body wise, which I haven't been able to do for three months."
"I've done two weeks of it now, which is good, as I need to put the size back on ready for rugby."
"It hasn't got worse. It keeps getting better which is a great sign. I can't wait to get out there with the ball and see what the skills are like."
"I haven't really had the ball in hand much, so I maybe a bit rusty to start off because of the wrist but I'm just hoping that I can get the skills back as quickly as possible."
"I am through the worst of it. I'm not in plaster anymore and can see my wrist getting stronger, so my confidence is coming back that way, so I'm staying positive."
Speaking of his international aspirations Henson added,
"I always want to play for Wales but to do that I've got a lot to do and a lot to prove, so it's just a case of trying to get back on the field for the Blues first, which will be tough as we are doing so well.
"As soon as I play one game I can see where I'm at and hopefully make a push for the Six Nations. I'd love to be involved in it."
