Matt, originally from Pembrokeshire, started with the Blues in February, having previously worked in Marketing and Business Development for CPS Homes and Commercial Furniture.

The 26 year old Cardiff University Business Administration and Marketing graduate will head up the newly established Cardiff Blues Business Club, which is 'The' place to do business in the Welsh capital.

Members of the new venture will have the opportunity to entertain their best clients at two Blues matches as well as grow their network at a number of networking events throughout the season.

Speaking of his appointment, Matt said,
