Cardiff Blues can confirm that 22 year-old winger Aled Brew has joined the Newport Gwent Dragons.
Brew joined the Cardiff Blues from the Ospreys at the beginning of the 2008/09 season but found his opportunities restricted with the international wingers Tom James and Leigh Halfpenny starting most matches for the Blues so far this season.
