The Blues are delighted with the amount of new fans they're attracting too with people flocking to buy season tickets following the EDF success and a fantastic unbeaten run in the Heineken Cup.
Abigail Gibbins, Cardiff Blues Customer Services Manager is delighted with the uptake,
"It's fantastic how many current season ticket holders have renewed already, normally we don't ask people to purchase until later in the summer so it's been great so far.
"It's also pleasing how many new fans we have joining as members, people really enjoyed the success last season are really looking forward to another great season at our new home as the team goes from strength to strength."
Season tickets for 2009/10 continue to include all of the benefits that fans have previously enjoyed with the Blues. All regular season home fixtures in the Magners League, Heineken Cup pool stages, Anglo-Welsh competition, plus friendly fixtures are part of the package at the new stadium.
And for those wishing to see Principality Premiership rugby, fans will also have free entry to league games at the Arms Park. Adults will also be able to enjoy membership of Cardiff Athletic Club.
Cardiff Blues will be hosting a family open day at the new stadium for all fans who have already purchased their season ticket and for those who would like a look around at the new facilities before the new season kicks off. The open day will be free to attend and will take place on July 18th from midday.
