Cardiff Arms Park will host a Charity Rugby Match played between Welsh Army Select v Crawsahys RFC on Friday 21 May, 7.15pm kick off.

The Welsh Army Select players will come from serving soldiers from the Queens Dragoon Guards, The Welsh Guards and The Royal Welsh many of whom have recently returned from Operations in Afghanistan.

Crawshays are a well known Welsh touring side. Crawshays have a long history against Service sides and this game wishes to extend this long tradition.

The aim of the match is to raise funds for operational welfare for each of the Welsh Regiments represented (QDG, WG and R WELSH). This money will go a long way to help those injured during active service and support to their families.

This promises to be an exciting and fun evening in Cardiff. All the proceeds generated are for a very worthwhile cause and your support is very much appreciated.
