"I love working in the ticket office, you get to meet so many people and I've seen a lot of the families grow up over the years, which has been really nice," said Jenna.

"There has always been a really good atmosphere at the Blues and I'm on first names terms with many of the supporters. In a way we are one big family."

"There has been some changes also as many of the players have moved on."

"When I first started you had players such as Mike Rayer, Spencer John, Ben Evans and Craig Quinnell but now it's nice to see the younger players such as Jamie Roberts and Leigh Halfpenny coming through."

Having moved to the new Cardiff City Stadium Jenna ahs joined a team that will be working selling tickets for both Cardiff Blues and Cardiff City matches.

"The stadium at Leckwith is fantastic, I've really settled in well with the new team and everybody has been very friendly."

"I'll also been working selling tickets for Cardiff City matches so I'm getting to know their supporters."

"Last season was a very successful one for the Blues with the team doing so well. We had big Heineken Cup quarter final and semi final matches and also the EDF Final."

"I think the new stadium works so much better with regarding queuing for tickets and interacting with the supporters, because we are indoors and there are more counters to serve people."

"Season ticket sales have been going well and we have also been pushing the new Blues Stadium Card."

"It allows supporters to purchase their tickets online or over the phone with the card, so they don't have to collect them from the ticket office or wait for them in the post."
