Cardiff Blues scrum-half Mike Phillips is set to start a Six Nations match for the first time as Wales take on France this Saturday in the final round of the competition.
Martyn Williams, Robert Sidoli and Rhys Thomas are also starters Wales, whilst Nick Robinson and Gethin Jenkins keep their place on the bench.
