Cardiff Blues players Gareth Williams and Mark Lewis were two special guests in the 'Keep Safe and Well Day' that included Rugby, Tai Chi, judo and belly dancing demonstrations that were all part of an exciting exhibition, encouraging people to keep safe and well in Builth Wells last week.
The fun filled day had everything for the family including a bouncy castle and activities for children, a free prize raffle and free goodies. Health Challenge Wales is a new national focus for better health in Wales and is challenging to everyone, from Government through to individuals, to do all they can to help build a healthier nation.
