Cardiff Blues players Gareth Williams and Mark Lewis were two special guests in the 'Keep Safe and Well Day' that included Rugby, Tai Chi, judo and belly dancing demonstrations that were all part of an exciting exhibition, encouraging people to keep safe and well in Builth Wells last week.
The fun filled day had everything for the family including a bouncy castle and activities for children, a free prize raffle and free goodies.
