Further to yesterdays press reports regarding Cardiff City Football Clubs desire to welcome the Cardiff Blues into a potential ground sharing arrangement, Chief Executive, Robert Norster responds:
"With things moving particularly fast down at Ninian Park this week, the resultant media speculation is understandable and somewhat predictable.
"To date, Cardiff Blues have had no formal proposal for any ground-sharing arrangements and we totally understand the range of emotions such a move would bring to many loyal followers of both teams.
"Initial discussions have taken place prior to this weeks developments to explore the potential mutual benefits for sport in our capital city.
"However, please be assured that the Board of Directors here at Cardiff Blues fully appreciates the many shareholders and stakeholders interests that need to be considered if and when such proposals are received."
