The five schools who took part were Gwenfo, Murch, Ysgol Iolo Morganwg, Ysgol Melin Gruffyd and Ysgol Pen-y-Garth.
"It was a lovely day," added Williams. "With all the matches taking place against a backdrop or the rolling hills of the White Horse. All the schools did well and we were well represented in both semi-finals.
"In fact the final was an all Welsh affair with the pupils of Murch and Ysgol Pen-y-Garth impressing everyone with their all-round skills and pace.
"All in all the festival was a fine advertisement for Capital Rugby, and of course, the five schools."
