Cardiff Blues have received details of their opening RaboDirect PRO12 fixtures
The Blues will welcome back Richie Rees and John Yapp to the Arms Park when they take on Edinburgh on Friday 7 September, 7.05pm kick off in their Round 2 fixture following a visit to Connacht the previous Saturday in Round 1.
Round 3 will see the first Welsh derby of the season when the Blues visit the Dragons in Newport on Saturday 15 September.
The Blues then have three home matches starting with Benetton Treviso on Saturday 22 September, Ulster on Friday 28 September and Glasgow on Saturday 6 October, before they start their Heineken Cup campaign.
