Following a check-up with Cardiff Blues specialists, the Blues can confirm that Warburton won't require surgery on his finger.
Warburton dislocated his finger in the loss to Sale on Sunday. Having had the finger put back in its socket at Salford Royal Infirmary Blues medical staff are now waiting for the finger joint to settle.
However, it is expected that Sam will be fit to play against Toulon on Sunday.
