I've certainly got a lot of respect for their coach Michael Bradley. He is very innovative and makes you do your homework when it comes to analysing the way they play. They are a workmanlike side with no stars and a team that plays together week in week out. They also don't have many disruptions for international matches and know each others play extremely well.

Last weekends win against Munster was important because we showed we have the ability to bounce back after the defeat to Leinster. It showed a lot of character in the team and it's pleasing that we've gone to Munster on two consecutive seasons and got a good scalp. They are a better team this season than they were last year but I think we were in control of most of the game, although it was tight at the end. However I felt we deserved our win.

Our two away matches have been our two best performances, which is unusual for us. We need to have that consistency at home and the important thing for us is to get the win. Although we had bonus point win against Glasgow we didn't perform to the best of our ability and made a lot of mistakes. I said at the time that if we played at that level we'd lose against Leinster and that was the case.

We had all the ball and territory against Leinster, but they defended well and were ruthless when they had any opportunity. We also had several chances but didn't take them, so we have to learn from that. We've certainly got to win our home games and stop dropping points.

We also welcome back the Rugby World Cup players and are keen to involve as many of them as possible. The Heineken Cup is around the corner and we've used our squad rotation quickly and effectively so far this season. We felt it was important to give the boys an opportunity to play so when it comes to the Heineken Cup and EDF Energy Cup we're picking our best team available.
