Children from across the region have been invited to our latest Cardiff Blues masterclass, which takes place ahead of Saturday's Heineken Champions Cup clash against Lyon.
Last season, more than 150 children attended the skills-based session ahead of a thrilling victory over Toulouse, and Cardiff Blues stars will once again be in attendance to pass on their vast knowledge and experience.
The session will take place between 10am and 11am, with eight stations covering kicking, passing, speed and agility and the contact area. Cardiff Blues Community Coaches will lead the sessions, with members of the first-team squad assisting.
Places on the masterclass are free on a limited basis with a valid ticket for Cardiff Blues v Lyon, which kicks-off at 1pm. Due to the Champions Cup clash, no re-entry to the Arms Park will be permitted after 11am.
