Cardiff Blues Ambassador Tom Shanklin has previewed the Singha Premiership Rugby 7s Series explodes into life at BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park on Saturday, August 15.
Hosts Cardiff Blues will kick-off the event when they face Ospreys in the tournament opener with the annual 7s competition back at the home of the Blues for a second successive season.
Group A will see the four Welsh regions go head-to-head in an exciting afternoon of summer derby rugby – with Cardiff Blues looking to reproduce the form that saw them crowned Welsh champions last season.
Two of the four Welsh regional sides will qualify for the Series Final at the Twickenham Stoop on Friday, August 28.
