Mark Hammett’s team will face the Devon side at home in the build-up to the new PRO12 season.
The sides served up two European classics last season and another tightly-fought encounter will now unfold in the first pre-season fixture for Blues. The region has announced details of an away clash with Leicester Tigers on August 29.

General sale tickets are now available and priced at £10 for adults and £5 for concessions. Family tickets priced at £20 are also available.
