Cardiff Blues Limited is currently looking to recruit Safety Stewards to become part of our Safety Management Team.

Role Responsibility:

As a Safety Steward you will be helping in all manner of ways including, but not limited to:0• Ticket checking0• Directing spectators to specific areas0• Crowd safety duties0• Hospitality stewarding0• Car park duties0• Providing general help and guidance to spectators

You must be at least 18 years old and ideally you will have previous stewarding or customer care experience, however this is not essential as ground specific training will be provided, and you could also be considered for one of the in-house courses that we run. Good verbal communication skills and a common sense approach are essential. An aptitude to working with the public, a friendly, approachable and professional manner are all important but, above all, flexibility is key.

Casual Bar Staff

As a member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering top quality service and ensuring all non- alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are presented to our high standards.

The role involves keeping the bar and front-of-house area clean and tidy at all times. You will be expected to keep up to date with current promotions and new products, as well as adhere to all company policies, procedures and licensing laws. We would encourage you to get involved and contribute to our team.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be professional and well presented - able to communicate clearly with people at all levels. You should be a self-motivated team player able to work unsupervised in a busy environment.
