Junior Rugby (U12 - U16)

There are five representative district sides within the Cardiff Blues region: Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan, Taff Rhondda, Pontypridd, Cynon Valley and the Heart of Wales teams.

Each of these districts run teams at Under 12's Under 13's and Under 14's and they compete against the other district teams across Wales. The DC Thomas Cup is also contested by the Under 11's and the Dewer Shield by the Under 15's.

The district squads are for the best players at these age grade levels and allow the Blues to identify potential players for the Blues Age Grade Teams.
