Tomos Williams was thrilled to bag two tries in a slender Guinness PRO12 defeat to Leinster and believes Cardiff Blues can now enter their European Challenge Cup quarter-final against Gloucester with confidence.
The Open Coaching Evenings have gone from strength to strength since they were launched in Pontypridd RFC in the summer of 2005.
The sessions are run by professional coaches and organized by the WRU Coach Development Department.
The deliveries are on a variety of themes from: scrumaging (Scrum Ready), lineouts, Hooked on Throwing, The perfect pass, defensive play, fitness, core skills and The Pathway.
The evenings are free to attend and all coaches have the opportunity to ask questions on areas of play where they feel they can improve.
The CPD evenings have been held around the region at various clubs endeavouring to give opportunities to all coaches in the region to attend and have proved to be hugely popular.
Information on the coaching evenings can be accessed on the Blues News Section of the website or by subscribing to the Blues newsletter.
