Wales Under 20 head coach Byron Hayward has picked an experienced 28 man squad - including four players from Cardiff Blues - for the forthcoming Junior World Championship in New Zealand (June 2 - 20).
In addition to visiting the schools, all the players in the Blues squad are adopted by a local rugby club and visit the mini and junior sections as part of the Blues Adopt a Player Scheme.
Further information on the scheme can be found on the Adopt a Player page.
The Cardiff Blues also try to help out over the Christmas period. The squad visit the Children's Wards at the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff, the Prince of Wales Hospital, Merthyr and the Royal Glamorgan Hospital in Llantrisant every Christmas.
These visits prove to be hugely popular with the young patients and their families and the Blues are glad to be able to give something back to their community.
