As well as a chance to enjoy fun coaching sessions with Cardiff Blues players, children will be able to get their photo taken with Bruiser the Bear, take part in passing challenges with prizes to be won, and enter a raffle to win a new-season shirt and ball.
South Wales Fire and Rescue Service will be also in attendance to show off a fire engine and take on the Cardiff Blues players in a game of atomic touch rugby and a passing contest.
The fair, which is hoped to raise more than £7,000 towards the cost of the new playground, will feature 30 stalls offering food, crafts and games. Healthy lunches will be available from the school canteen.
Emma James, CPS Homes co-director, said: "Marlborough Primary School is just metres away from our Albany Road branch and is at the heart of our neighbourhood, so when we heard about their Playground Appeal, we wanted to support them as best we could.
"Our relationship with Cardiff Blues gives us the perfect opportunity to bring the local community together and help support the children and teachers at the school."
Bronwen Bird, Chairperson of Marlborough Primary School PTA, said: "CPS Homes have offered a huge amount of support towards our school fair and are enabling us to do much bigger and better events than ever before. Our playground appeal is really important to the school and CPS Homes are helping us achieve our goals."
