Joe Davies

Joe was a Community Coach with the Blues for 4 years before beginning his role with the Blues as a Rugby Development Officer in November 2011. He is a Graduate of the University of Glamorgan with a BSc in Sports Coaching and Performance. Joe Covers the Cardiff Schools and clubs and overseas a 4 week program for Years 7, 8 and 9 in the 24 schools as well as other Player Development duties for the area including the running of the skill development combines for under 12's, 13's and 14's. He alongside Gary Knowles is attached to Cardiff Schools under 15's and also run the U14's identification programmes.
