Chris was the Rugby Development Officer in Powys for 4 years and Cardiff for 6 years before becoming the WRU Community Rugby Manager For the Blues Region in April 2012. Chris manages 12 Development Officers across the Region and in essence is responsible for growing participation and fulfiling potential within the community game for the Blues Region. Chris is former Head Coach of Builth Wells RFC and Glamorgan Wanderers RFC, Welsh Charitable 7's and is the current Wales Students Assistant Coach .
